Rose Gabler

I’m Rose Gabler—and I believe curiosity didn’t kill the cat... it birthed the genius.

I’m a keynote speaker, mother of two youngsters, two-time best-selling author, and creativity advocate who helps audiences harness their innate creative power by harnessing the force of curiosity. Through my signature talk, “Curiosity Killed the Cat – But Birthed the Genius,” I inspire individuals and teams to stop underestimating their imagination and start leveraging it as a strategic advantage—both personally and professionally.

Creativity runs deep in my DNA. My grandfather was an internationally acclaimed artist, and I’ve spent every summer since age 13 interning in museums and creative industries around the globe. That global exposure led me to earn my Master’s Degree in the Business of Arts and Culture from Istituto Europeo di Design in Venice, Italy, where I further explored the intersection of creativity, business, and leadership.

In 2021, I was honored as one of the “Top 20 Female Entrepreneurs to Look For in 2021” and one of the “Top 100 Dynamic Leaders”—recognitions that reflect my commitment to helping others own their story and activate their creative spark. I was also featured by Feminine Boss Magazine in 2024 for emphasizing the “Power of Owning Your Story.”

My best-selling book “The Creativity Gene: 5 Universal Traits to Spark Success” was born out of hundreds of interviews with creators across industries and continents, uncovering the traits that fuel breakthrough thinking. And my second book, “Laid to Rest: The Hopes, Haunts, and Humor from My Life Above a Funeral Home” a heartwarming and humorous memoir based on my mother’s childhood above a funeral home, hit bestseller lists in 2022 and deepened my love of storytelling as a legacy tool.

I’ve now spoken to audiences ranging from corporate teams, local schools, to creative entrepreneurs, empowering them to reframe creativity as a daily practice—not a lucky accident. Whether through a TED-style keynote, podcast guest spot, or immersive workshop, I guide people to unlock their creative genius by starting with the one thing that costs nothing but changes everything: curiosity.

If you’re ready to light a creative fire within your audience or team, I’d be honored to speak at your next event.

When we stop fearing curiosity and start fueling it, we don’t just create—we innovate.
